Gate Automation Type
Before choosing the type of Automation a number of things must be considered.
- What type of gate is to be installed (sliding or swing)?
- The area in which the gate will be installed?
- Is it going to be low or high useage - Domestic or Commercial?
- Are there children at the property or animals?
- Hazardous areas?
- Is an intercom needed and what type?
- Is CCTV needed and what type?
- Are the gate pillards adequate for the gate?
- How the gates need to be operated?
- What type of access and exit operation are needed?
These can be discussed once a site survey has been carried out.

Customer maintenance, the correct way to operate the gates, what to look out for and check, any hazard areas, explain what each of the safety devices do, and a service maintenance package.
